Warrook Farm is a fascinating historical attraction on the way to Phillip Island and is one of the few places that offers an authentic Australian farm experience combined with a rich history.

Warrook Farm invites you to take in the fresh countryside air, get up close with wildlife, and take a walk back in time to an old elegance.

Warrook Farm, Cattle & Historic Farm Tour Price Phillip Island

The century-old farm has a historic homestead which was built in 1907, which is without a doubt, one of the property’s highlights. The Warrook Farm homestead was constructed in place of the original homestead which was burnt down in a fire.

The entrance to the homestead is characterized by a majestic arch in the hallway. The doors have tiny windows, and a closer look at the rooms reveals intricate cornices. The Victorian era furniture complements the overall design of the homestead and adds to its antiquity. Best of all perhaps, is the fact that visitors who choose the ‘Farm Tour and Lunch’ package get a tour of the homestead at no added cost.

Farm tours at Warrook are highly recommended for visitors of all ages, and children will especially enjoy the many farm activities. From milking cows to sheepdog demonstrations, sheep shearing to whip cracking, there are fantastic opportunities to experience farm life first-hand at Warrook Farm. These tours run every day from 11am to 1pm.

For those who would like to get a feel of the wild, there is also a fauna park that is home to some of Australia’s most famous native animals. Look out for emus, kangaroos, and wombats. The opportunity to see animals in their habitats is a fun family activity that the little ones will be glad to take part in.

If you are visiting on a tight schedule, Warrook Farm welcomes diners at their charming restaurant and cafe. They serve delicious farm-fresh meals as well as halal options. Warrook Farm also caters to events and functions such as weddings and birthdays.
