Eagles Nest is a top destination here, famous for its unique rock formations and dramatic coastlines. The views are nothing short of breathtaking, especially when you take the short walk up to the viewing platform. The best time to visit Eagles Nest is during the low tide, but be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes. Fun fact: this is also where William Ferguson discovered the first dinosaur relic in Australia back in 1903!

Inverloch Surf Beach is a haven for surfers and kite surfers. The sand dunes offer shelter, and kids can also swim safely in the shallow area. Whether you’re a newbie or seasoned in water sports, this beach has the perfect conditions. However, if you want to relax under the sun, you’ll enjoy the spacious beach and golden sand as well.

Dinosaur Dreaming is highly recommended for both kids and adults who are fascinated by these ancient creatures that once used to roam Australia. Home to an impressive dinosaur fossil display, it’s hard not to be thrilled by the stories you’ll hear. The enthusiastic presenters will make you wish that we still lived in the time of dinosaurs.

A visit to Inverloch isn’t complete without a stop to Dirty Three Wines, which is a premium vineyard and tasting room. They offer an exquisite array of wines, best enjoyed when you stay for a few hours as you sample local plates. If wine isn’t your thing, they have gin and beer too. They have great service and a relaxed atmosphere, great for unwinding with friends and family.

Other terrific places to visit among Inverloch attractions include the Shack Bay, The Caves, Inverloch Jetty, and the Screw Creek Townsend Bluff Estuary Walk.

Stay a few days to make the most out of your trip, with all the great things to see and do!
